CODE BLUE SARATOGA- SHELTERS OF SARATOGA provides shelter to individuals who are homeless during hazardous winter weather, including sleeping accommodations, meals, and essential supplies.
KIDS IN ACTION- Money is used for Good Shepherd Youth to do service projects throughout the year
THE CENTER FOR HOPE The organization provides resources to educate, assist, and support families and friends in coping with the pain and uncertainty of a missing person.
ELCA WORLD HUNGER—THE EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH IN AMERICA promotes water and sanitation, Education and Training, agriculture and nutrition, income and savings, Health, Peace, Justice, human rights, advocacy, and community organizing to help decrease hunger.
BH/BL SUMMER LUNCH PROGRAM—The Assembly of Churches provides summer lunches to BH/BL students whose families lack the resources to provide meals. The program runs Monday through Friday for six weeks.
THE BLESSING BOX—is a small Food Pantry located outside of Good Shepherd.
BETHESDA HOUSE & BOOTH HOUSE—These organizations serve the chronically homeless and disabled adults in Schenectady by providing housing, food, and social services.
JOAN NICOLE PRINCE HOME—provides 24-hour bedside care for two terminally ill patients in a homelike environment. It is in Scotia, NY
WAVE RIDER/CAMP ERIN—Camp Erin is a free weekend bereavement camp for children ages 6‐17. Wave Riders provides a weekly support group for grieving families and children ages 3-17.
